This is a very special beer with multiple layers of complexity and character.
This 10th edition, launched in March 2021, was initially aged for 6 months in Irish Whiskey ex-Bourbon casks. Laced with vanilla and caramel flavours, it is then finished for a further 6 months in Irish Whiskey ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.
After blending and decanting, the beer was bottle-conditioned for 90 days before release.
